Jay is a Senior Associate Attorney with Celeblaws, P.A.  He focuses his practice in Commercial and Civil Litigation including Commercial and Residential Construction issues, Personal Injury matters, Commercial and Private Contracts, Real Estate issues, and Estate Planning matters. 

Prior to joining Celeblaws, P.A., he was an Associate Attorney with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson and Haluck, LLP (KNCH) where he assisted in the representation of national developers and general contractors against homeowner construction defects claims. Before joining KNCH, Jay successfully represented clients in Civil Litigation matters including Business and Marital disputes in both State and Federal Courts.  He continues to represent Businesses and individuals in the litigation and in the transactional capacities. 

Jay earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.  He went on to earn his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he graduated cum laude.  Jay also earned his Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Jay is licensed to practice in the Florida and the District of Columbia.  He is also licensed to practice in the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida, the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida, and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

On his off-time, Jay enjoys cooking new dishes, recording and playing music, and hiking.
